New Rates, Effective July 1, 2024
Following a public notice and public hearing on June 10th, 2024, the LCWSD Board of Commissioners approved the attached Retail Rate Schedule – Exhibit A and Capacity Fee Schedule – Exhibit B, to be effective July 1, 2024. Retail rates increased a combined 4% for a combined water and sewer user. Also, connection charges for irrigation meters will be increased to $1,550 to reflect current material and labor costs.
